BIOGRAPHY
Before joining MFIP, Nada Aboul Enein graduated from Concordia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science. Nada also holds degrees from The University of Law in London where she completed her GDL, Master in Law (LLM) and LPC. Her three LLM specialisations are arbitration, intellectual property rights, and mergers and acquisitions.
Nada then became an associate at Youssef and Partners (Y&P) where she focused on domestic and international arbitration and complex disputes, as well as contractual work. During her time at Y&P, she worked on many Investment treaty arbitration cases and her main areas of focus were Hospitality, Oil and Gas, Education, and Construction and Development.
